Welcome to the PLSR club website (the "Site").
Use of the Site, including making purchases, is subject to the terms detailed below and constitutes full agreement to them.

General

  • The Site is operated by PLSR club (the "Company").
  • The Company may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice.
  • This document may use grammatically feminine phrasing for convenience only; it applies equally to all genders.

Eligibility to Purchase

  • Purchases on the Site are permitted only for those aged 18 and over.
  • Placing an order constitutes a declaration that the user is legally competent to enter into a binding transaction.

Products

  • The products sold on the Site are sexual wellness and intimacy products.
  • Some products are classified as intimate/hygienic products.
  • There may be differences between the product description/images and the actual product.
  • Use of the products is solely the user's responsibility and subject to the manufacturer's instructions.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on the Site include VAT as required by law.
  • The Company may update prices at any time.
  • Payment will be charged at the time the order is placed, via the selected payment method.

Delivery

Cancellations & Returns

  • Due to the intimate nature of the products, most items on the Site cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and public health reasons.
  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, a transaction cannot be cancelled for perishable goods, goods made specially for the customer, or goods that can be recorded, copied, or used personally once their packaging has been opened.
  • Purchasing a product on the Site constitutes agreement that the product cannot be returned once opened.
  • Any request to cancel a transaction will be reviewed solely in accordance with the law.

Warranty

  • Any warranty on products, where provided, is subject to the manufacturer's/brand's policy.
  • The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of a product.

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights on the Site belong to the Company.
  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
